The Strongher Collective is a transformative movement fueled by evidence-based science and the wisdom of leading luminaries. We are breaking down barriers, empowering women to take charge of their health, ignite their purpose, and connect with a powerful network of like-minded trailblazers. Our mission is to elevate women’s well-being through bold, high-level conversations, actionable knowledge, and a fierce commitment to lasting change—because when women thrive, the world thrives.
Kimberly Airey Hansen, Co-Founder of The Strongher Collective, brings a diverse background to her mission of empowering women's wellness. Kimberly combines her passion for women's health with extensive experience in real estate and development.
As someone living with an immune condition and Lynch syndrome, and as a daughter navigating a loved one's Alzheimer's journey, she has long focused on the power of holistic and Western medicine. After nearly two decades in real estate, Kimberly founded Altus Development, honing her understanding of community needs and the importance of spaces that enhance well-being. This personal experience fuels her commitment to creating impactful experiences for women.
I believe in Whole Human Care, considering the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. I am dedicated to offering evidence-based practices for healing, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. I believe humans are not meant to heal alone – and The Strongher Collective is an important way to provide a supportive community for purposeful activities that enrich life, foster holistic well-being, and develop meaningful connections. Kimberly is driven to connect women with valuable resources, expert guidance, and a supportive community, believing that through connection and evidence-based information,
A leader in Women’s wellness, she’s a wife. A mom to an 9-year-old son. A healthcare practitioner. An International Federation of Bodybuilding athlete. Daughter of a Buddhist monk and Philanthropist mother. A community leader. And a keynote speaker.
At the Strongher Collective events, Joy moderates and bridges ancient wisdom and modern scientific research to explore universal themes of health, courage, inner and outer confidence, and purpose. She drives home truths that can touch and impact any audience for the better.
This is her why:
“I gotta find myself to know myself.
I gotta know myself to be myself.
I gotta be myself to improve myself.
I gotta improve myself so I can get over myself,
so I can give myself to you.”
